Sunday news! Thanks for being awesome to the venue staff – they have commented about this to us, and I was really happy to hear it.
The venue have been kind enough to let attendees in accommodation store our food and bags in our flats until 1pm tomorrow (an extension from 10am). However, they are giving up cleaning time for this so we need to leave our rooms clean at 1pm with keys handed in to the front desk (keys not handed in will incur a charge).
After handing in your keys, store your luggage in your vehicle, or if you're travelling by public transport bring it to the closing ceremony with you. Make sure all rubbish is binned, the kitchen is wiped down, and kitchenware is washed and back in the plastic boxes. You do not need to strip the beds.
The team will not be available after 2.30. If you have any issues after that, contact the venue. You need to be off site by 3pm.
There are some items of lost property being held at the desk. If you've lost anything, come check in with us.
There will be a raffle for ball items tomorrow at 11.30 (location tbc). Come get a memento of your awesome time here!
Come to Acre any time Sunday morning and take whatever clothes and crafts you like.
